I’m Dayonna Brock, CEO and Founder of Productivity Consultants LLC.  I’m a healthcare operations leading Project Manager with over 10 years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth in the healthcare industry. Throughout my career, I’ve led large scale, cross functional projects that strengthen service delivery— most notably through product and network within Medicare Advantage industry.

I bring a hands on leadership style grounded in accountability, collaboration, and a strong focus on measurable results. 

In addition to project and operations leadership, I have deep account management experience including overseeing more than $15 million in cost and utilization on a quarterly basis. My approach is data-driven and compliance-focused: I monitor utilization trends, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure operational decisions align with CMS regulations and expectations. Ultimately, my goal is to help you build efficient, high-performing operations that protect quality, improve member experience, and create sustainable value for the organizations and communities we serve.
